Refund policy

We have a 60 day return policy - items are eligible for return if the return process is initiated within 60 calendar days after you receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been been purchased from 6mileusa.com. The item must also be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Used, installed, or damaged parts cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at support@6mileusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
