Shipping policy

It is your responsibility to submit a valid address that is supported and serviced by all major carriers when a domestic or international order is placed. When your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is received, typically within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is subject to change due to order volume and inventory. Payment is processed immediately for all purchases, this includes in-stock, pre-order, and backorder items. If an item is on pre-order or backorder status, the status and expected lead times are listed on the individual item pages. Your order will ship once all items are in-stock. Note that the status and lead times associated with a particular product are subject to change, but this does not impact the status of an order that was previously placed. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once the package has left our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, 6mile is no longer responsible for the package regarding any delay, damage, or loss.

We offer free standard shipping on all USA orders and discounted flat rate standard shipping on all Canada orders. International order delivery time is highly variable and any delays, damages, lost packages or customs requirements are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
